Warnaco designs, sources, manufactures and markets a broad line of intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear worldwide. We sell our products under several highly recognized brand names, including Warner's®, Olga®, Calvin Klein®, Speedo®, Chaps®, Nautica® and Lejaby®. Our products are distributed domestically and internationally, primarily to wholesale customers through multiple distribution channels, including major department stores, independent retailers, chain stores, membership clubs, specialty and other stores and mass merchandisers, including such leading retailers as Macy's and other units of Federated Department Stores, J.C. Penney, The May Department Stores, Kohl's, Sears, Target and Wal-Mart. In Fiscal 2003, approximately 75% of our net revenues were generated from domestic sales and approximately 25% were generated from international sales. Warnaco owns and licenses a portfolio of highly recognized brand names. The majority of trademarks we use are either owned or licensed in perpetuity and generated approximately 69% of our fiscal 2003 revenues. Our core brands have been established in their respective markets for extended periods and have attained a high level of consumer awareness.

WIS Services
Since 1993, Whiz had provided a broad array of implementation, training, support, and development services to this multi-national, multi-divisional apparel giant.

Over the years, we have led several large-scale migrations from divisional ERP systems to the ACS Optima™ ERP, Manhattan Associates PkMS™ and TrustedLink/400™ EDI systems, with the most recent being in late 2003 when we led a team through the successful migration from RLM apparel ERP to Optima™ .

In mid-2003, consolidated multiple TrustedLink/400™ servers, upgraded TrustedLink/400™ to release eV5 and migrated from value-added network provider GEIS to the Inovis:access™ network. At this time we also installed EDI-INT using Inovis BizManager™ .
